Janice was licensed in Missouri real estate in 1981. Anita, shortly after. Both agents are licensed as brokers. Janice and Anita are a part of the Century 21, Whitney Agency, Inc. team. The each have 28 years of experience in Kirksville real estate as top agents.
Because they each recognized the value of improving their skills, they pooled their resources to attend classes around the state and nation. They continue to attend conventions and seminars each year.
Both agents are Graduates of the Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialists (CRS),and Accredited Buyer's Representatives (ABR).
Anita and Janice have been consistent top producers with the honor of Life Member of the Million Dollar Club in Missouri. They currently have achieved the new honor of Summit Award of Excellence. Anita has also achieved the honor of Pinnacle Award of Excellence.
Anita, while producing multi-million real estate transactions, served on the Missouri Real Estate Commission from 1996 until the end of 2001. Her knowledge of real estate is outstanding.
Janice has an interest in technology. As the MLS chairman or vice president for the local board since its inception she helped develop the on line Multi-list System and now serves as an instructor for the board system. Janice has recently earned the designation of e-PRO from the national assocation.
Both agents have been active on the Local and State level. Janice serving as President of the local board in 1987 and Anita serving the same position for 1988 & 1989. Both currently serve on the Missouri Association of Realtors committees.
